Altınsu Tekstil, a company engaged in women's fantasy fabric and synthetic yarn production, is committed to supporting the personal development of its employees with an innovative and participatory management approach, recognizing that its most valuable resource is its people.
RECRUITMENT
Our human resources management selects and places candidates based on our company goals and principles, aiming to place suitable candidates in needed positions aligned with company values. Job ads are published on career sites to reach potential candidates with the required qualifications, and applications are evaluated both online and on-site at our facility. After examining the applications, suitable candidates are invited for interviews, where their qualifications are assessed by relevant department heads and our HR team. Upon completing these evaluations, selected candidates receive job offers from HR, concluding the recruitment process. New hires undergo a safety and orientation program to learn about our company and work processes. At the end of the program, they receive an internal regulation booklet. Following assignment to their respective departments, employees receive orientation specific to their roles, with a general review meeting held after two months.

TRAINING
External Training
External training sessions are organized to support our employees' personal development, enhance their technical skills, and keep them updated on technological advancements. Training is planned and executed in line with employees' competencies, positions, and development plans.
Internal Training
We have in-house trainers for technical knowledge improvement and annual (legally required) training sessions. These mandatory (legally required) and professional trainings are conducted through internal training organization.

Each year, we monitor our employees' performance based on:
