At our facility, which has the largest twisting production capacity in Turkey, we offer flexible and sustainable quality-focused production with our state-of-the-art machinery. We work with a wide range of turns and different yarn thicknesses.

Fabric Production

Weaving

Our factory in Barakfakih Organized Industrial Zone has a daily fabric weaving capacity of 40,000 to 50,000 meters. We continuously renew our machinery to improve energy efficiency. With our design team, we quickly respond to customer requests and offer four main collections every year.

Dyeing

In our dyeing facility, we provide high-quality, fast, and traceable production with a fully automated system. With our advanced machinery and experienced team, we lead the production of fine fabrics. Our local production competes with imported fabrics in the industry. After successfully passing the inspections of the Inditex group, we earned the title of "Green Dyeing Facility" and won the 2017 Eco-Friendly Facility Award in Bursa.

As Altınsu Tekstil, we are the first company in Turkey to produce bicomponent yarn. With our state-of-the-art production line and sustainable quality understanding, we strengthen our position in the yarn market by increasing our product variety and production capacity.

This process involves applying different draws to two different POY yarns, combining them through heat and calendaring processes, and adding volume and effect by air circulation.
